Flash Back Gallery - IML IMBB, Part II

There are so many photos of IML IMBB-related activities that we could not reasonably post them in two parts, so our International Mr. Leather and International Mr. Bootblack galleries will be expanded to three sections. We only can touch the surface of Leather's premier convention.

Scroll down to the Flash Back Gallery to see photos, from each year and a link to IML IMBB where you can find out more about IML IMBB which will be held in Chicago in November.

images/articles/news/sash-bash/2014/DennisWoods-Mr.LeatherCMEN 2014 Web 250.jpgCalifornia Men Enjoying Naturism (CMEN) held their Mr. Leather CMEN contest in Malibu, California on Thursday, September 4 with Dennis Woods being declared the winner. The first runner-up was Rick Boehle and the second runner-up was Oliver Vogel.

The judging panel included (head judge) Mr. Leather CMEN 2004 Mark Lager, Mr. Leather CMEN 2009 Daniel Brookshire and Mr. Leather CMEN 2012 Sean McGowan.

The emcee was Mr. Leather CMEN 2003 Rob Silver.

Dennis plans to compete in the International Mr. Leather 2015 contest. He stated “I am proud to have been selected by a group of supportive and loving men to participate in IML to represent the love behind the Leather."

As an activist in the gay rights movement since 1987, Dennis has a long history of charity and community service both within and outside of the LGBTQ and Leather communities. According to Dennis "many LGBTQ people endured persecution and even death for simply being who they authentically were, and it is from their and our pain that we fight to acquire simple rights."
